How I order online?
Please go to the Menu or Order Now tabs, find your items, pick the quantity, and add them to the shopping cart. Please note number of product pieces included in each item. You will then need to enter some information, delivery address, payment, and you're good to go!
Is there a minimum order required?
Yes. It is $25.00 per order before delivery charge.
How I order by phone?
You can call the store at 403-452-5264 Monday to Saturday 10am to 6pm to place your order.
What time do I need to place my order?
We are open 24/7 online! Place your order before 6pm daily for next day delivery. Phone orders will be welcomed 10am to 6pm Monday to Saturday Store is open to walk-in 10am to 6pm Monday to Saturday.
Can’t wait for our scrumptious treats? Choose a mystery box for same day delivery. Deliveries are made between 4-9pm daily. Please contact us at 403-452-5264 to arrange deliveries outside of this delivery window.
Do you sell walk-in or orders by phone?
Yes, we do. However, we prefer on-line orders for the speed and accuracy.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can. Please call the store at 403-452-5264 as soon as possible. We will refund your money if you let us know by 10am on delivery day. A cancellation fee of $5.00 will apply. No cancellation after your order is shipped.
Can I change my order?
Yes, you can. Please call the store at 403-452-5264 as soon as possible. We will do our best to satisfy your change orders. No change order after your order is shipped.
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes! Pleas call 403-452-5264 or email email@example.com and please give us at least 48 hours for your order preparation.
When will you deliver?
Orders collected by 6pm every day, will be delivered next day 4pm to 9pm. No delivery on Mondays.
What are the delivery costs?
We currently offer next day delivery within the Calgary city limits for a flat rate of $3.50 or free on orders over $50. Delivery to Airdrie, Cochrane, Okotoks and Rocky View County is $10 or $5 on orders over $50. *DELIVERY OFFER VALID UNTIL DECEMBER 31, 2021*
Can I pick up my orders outside your delivery schedule?
Yes. Please check with our order desk before you come to the store.
Do I get a text when your delivery is on its way?
Unfortunately, we are not set up for delivery tracking service yet. We are hoping to have such technology and equipment in place later in 2021. We will communicate via phone or email if, for any reason, we are unable to send your deliveries. We hope that this will never happen.
Why can’t I find my favourite shirini item in your menu?
We have picked the 8 popular shirini to start. We are adding new menu items every month. In our social media pages, we will have a contest each month and collect your choice of new items to be added on. The winner amongst the most wanted item will receive a price. Please visit us often.
I do not see any nuts, Persian sweets like Gaz, Halva, and Basloq in your menu?
Those delicious items will be added on in the month of July and August 2021. We are working hard right now on packaging design and product supply.
Are you selling event cakes?
Yes. That program will start in the first week of July. Custom cake orders will be accepted too. Please visit us later in June.
Do I get same online shirini varieties when I walk in the store?
Yes and No. Our online and phone orders will always be in priority as we make the items to order. We will always have some items available for walk-in customers who are starving for shirini!
How do I store my items and what's the shelf life?
Cookies stay fresh at room temperature for 5 days and can be stored in the freezer for up to 1 month.
Cakes can be stored in the fridge for 5 days and up to 2 weeks in the freezer.
What if I am not happy with the service or products?
Customer satisfaction is our number one goal. If you are not happy, please reach out to the store at 403-452-5264 and ask to discuss your concern with our bakery manager and we will do our best to rectify the issue.
